The owner of Hopland Brewstillery, formerly known by the name Hopland Brewing. Owned by West Ottawa graduate Rick Moralez, who plans on having a brewery, winery and distillery, all under one roof. Hopland Brewstillery features 40 of our own beers on tap, our version of each of the 5 major spirits and wines produced in-house in collaboration with local vineyards.
