Founded in 1977, Founder/President Brett VanderKamp entrepreneurial spirit and artistic sensibilities are at the very heart of New Holland. As the original visionary, Brett imagined the path that New Holland pursued to become what they are today. New Holland Brewing Company was born in Holland, Michigan near the shores of Lake Michigan. The Knickerbocker presents a rustic, seasonal menu showcasing local and regional agriculture, old world techniques with a fresh perspective; including nose-to-tail butchery, heirloom produce and scratch cooking over fire. The Knickerbocker offers an extensive selection of craft beers brewed in house, craft cocktails made with our artisan spirits, brewery and distillery tours, (5) event spaces available to reserve for any occasion, as well as off-site catering.
